Former All My Children star Eric Nelsen (ex-A.J. Chandler) has become a father again. He and his wife, Sainty, welcomed their second child, a son named Eric Michael Nelsen, Jr. , on Saturday, September 27.
Sainty posted the exciting baby news on Instagram, sharing that the couple's new little one -- nicknamed "Mick" -- was born at 9:07AM, weighing seven pounds and seven ounces, and as such, is their "lucky seven!"
"My heart just doubled in size," gushes the second-time mom, who shares that the couple's pre-school-aged daughter, Molly Morgan, is now a big sister.
"Thank you to my best friend & supportive husband, @ericnelsenofficial," she continues. "I fall more and more in love with you and our family every day. We did it! What a year/pregnancy lol! Thank you all for the texts and love! We are overwhelmed with gratitude!"
The Nelsens announced their pregnancy in May along with several snapshots of them celebrating the news in showers of blue confetti, which indicated that they would be having a baby boy.
Eric Nelson played A.J. Chandler in the Prospect Park/Hulu revival of All My Children. Some of his other credits include The Bay, FraXtur, The White Vault, and the recurring role of Bram on the Showtime drama The Affair.
