Dance Moms star Nia Sioux knows pretty much everything there is to know about dancing, but now that she is part of the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful, she needed a quick lesson in soap opera acting. Luckily, former B&B star Ian Buchanan (ex-Dr. James Warwick) stepped in to give her a few "serious pointers" in a comedic clip called Soap Opera Moms.
In a fictional "soap opera orientation" class, the popular actor worked with Sioux to help her perfect the classic soap opera stare, which included intense practice with a mannequin. He also gave her wardrobe tips complete with a clothing makeover to transform her into Susan Flannery's Stephanie Forrester.
"Susan Flannery won three Emmys in this particular look," Buchanan snapped when Sioux's mother -- a "soap opera mom" -- jumped in with criticism about the purple pantsuit.
Hilarious as the shenanigans are, B&B fans can't help but focus on something else very interesting about the video: the inclusion of Buchanan, who hasn't been on the CBS series since last year at this time. Might his part in this video mean he's on his way back to mingling with the Forrester and Logan clans?

Time will tell whether or not the Scotland native will return to B&B, but it would certainly be welcomed by many daytime fans. After all, he's quite popular in the genre, having also played General Hospital's Duke Lavery, Days of our Lives' Ian McAllister, and All My Children's Dr. Greg Madden.
