The Young and the Restless alum Kelli Goss (ex-Courtney Sloan) had an unfortunate goodbye with the CBS soap, having been killed off by Genoa City detective-turned-murderer Harding (Chris McKenna) earlier this summer. But the fictional tragic ending has blossomed into a new beginning for the actress, who has just been cast in an upcoming Netflix series opposite Ashton Kutcher.
Deadline reports that the California native has landed a recurring role on The Ranch, a comedy that centers on the son of a Colorado rancher (Kutcher) who returns home from a semi-pro football career to run the family business. Lucky for Goss, she'll be playing Kutcher's love interest in the new series.
The actress originated the role of Y&R's Courtney in April of 2013. Prior to her soap work, Goss appeared in series like Big Time Rush and Hollywood Heights.
