Popular soap opera star Joshua Morrow (Nicholas Newman, The Young and the Restless) has been trying to sell his gorgeous Lake Sherwood home, and he finally found a buyer who was happy to snatch up the $4.9 million property when it was relisted in January.
According to American Luxury, the 6,000 square foot traditional house sold before processing, meaning the listing had not yet gone live when it was snapped up.
Some amenities of the six-bedroom stunner include a huge master suite with large walk-ins, an entertainment room, an office, and a full complement of outdoor living and recreation options including a pool and spa, a covered living and lounging space, a fire feature, and a BBQ grill station.
As can be seen in the photos of the beautiful house, a living room area features three (yes, three) flat screen TVs. As Soap Central readers may recall, Morrow sold a home in Pacific Palisades in 2015 that also included three flat screen TVs and plenty of sport memorabilia.
Morrow joined the cast of Y&R in 1994. Some of his other credits include The Nanny and A Killer Walks Amongst Us.
